During a particularly stressful time in my life I heard of something called neurofeedback and reports of some remarkable results. I did some research and decided I would give it a try. After one session I slept better than I had in months. After my tenth session, I began to RESPOND to negative or stressful situations rather than REACTING to them. Now I am able to keep my cool. I have more clarity and focus in my thoughts and about my feelings. Things that used to throw me off and jar me, I now handle in stride.
In my research of neurofeedback, I found that everyone can benefit from this non-invasive procedure. Enhanced performance in athletics, improved academics for students, increased memory capabilities, and the list goes on and on.
I feel most fortunate and very enthused to be able to help others grow and excel with the use of this training.
